TALENTED PIANO DUO TO PLAY IN WOODBRIDGE
A ROMANTIC CLASSICAL PIANO CONCERT …
Accomplished pianist and piano tutor Celia Bird and her 14 year-old grandson, Wyatt Davey will be performing Rachmaninoff, Debussy, Shubert, Chopin, Chopin and Grieg in a concert at Woodbridge Methodist Church. Celia is a Grade 8 pianist, the highest Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music examination qualification. She claims that her grandson is actually better than her - the only way of proving this is to go to the concert!
It starts at midday on August 26 with refreshments, including homemade cake, available from 11am. There will be a retiring collection for the church’s Octagon Roof Repairs. The Octagon is popular for rehearsals and concerts by Woodbridge Orchestral Society, local choirs like Love2Sing and yoga and dance classes.
